Nous avons été agréablement surpris par notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était toujours attentif à nos demandes et nous a fourni de précieuses informations sur les restaurants, les trajets et les attractions touristiques. De plus, l'emplacement près de l'aéroport était extrêmement pratique pour nous en tant que voyageurs d'affaires. La chambre était petite mais confortable, avec une climatisation performante pour nous garder au frais pendant notre séjour. Nous avons également apprécié la proximité de l'autoroute et des commerces. Le petit déjeuner était abordable et le restaurant de l'hôtel proposait de délicieux plats à un bon rapport qualité-prix. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons été satisfaits de notre expérience à cet hôtel.

Nous aurions aimé avoir un espace détente plus spacieux, car le bar était souvent bondé et il était difficile de trouver une place. De plus, la moquette dans les chambres semblait un peu vieillotte et aurait peut-être besoin d'être renouvelée.

We could visit one of our favorite spots place de la concorde right by the hotel. 12 miles from Orly airport. 20th arr. Neighborhood is worth looking into.

continental breakfast service was prepared and delivered to your table, the desk staff spoke English and the bedrooms have been upgraded with large showers. There are numerous good quality restaurants on Rue Malar.

The hotel is conveniently located near major Paris attractions such as the Eiffel Tower and several excellent restaurants. The staff was helpful and the rooms, although small, were clean. The continental breakfast in the cute little cafe was a nice touch.

Some guests experienced rude treatment from the staff.

Breakfast: the first day in the basket with fruits for our table there were one rotten apple and one rotten banana... The day after they brought the same basket without apple and banana...With just one orange and a kiwi!

The hotel is located in a strategic area, in the 7th arrondissement, making it convenient to many of the attractions in the city. The hotel has a "at home" atmosphere, with rooms that are cosy and well-equipped. The friendly staff is always willing to assist with any requests and provide excellent service.

Lovely area, not far from many of main attractions as well as cafes, bars and range of places to eat. Really nice courtyard at back. Vast majority of staff really friendly, helpful and ensured needs were met.

No choice at breakfast. Disturbed sleep every night as noisy in room at front of hotel. Room ok and clean but very basic. No facilities to make a drink in room.

All the staff spoke fluent English, they always seemed happy and friendly. and the Hotel is perfect location to everything!! 10min walk to the Eiffel Tower, 15min to the Arc De Triumph and Champs Élysées. and the tv in the room can be programmed to English tv. and after you check out there is even somewhere to leave your bags.
